The Troutberry Dough Bait Press has advanced to the semi-final round of the 2009 Invented In Utah competition.  Troutberry was chosen from over 100 applicants and given the chance with 24 other competitors to do a 15 minute presentation to a panel of judges from various business, legal, creative and entrepreneurial backgrounds.  Those 25 competitors were then narrowed down to 15 semi-finalists who will once again present their inventions to a panel of judges on March 28th.  From those 15, three will be chosen to compete in the final round where the 2009 winner will be named.  Randall Leininger and Nick Mecham, the inventors of the Troutberry Dough Bait Press and founders of BNR Ideas we’re excited about the opportunity to share their invention and learn from the judges.
